Valentines and Birthdays!

Last week Austin had his 17th birthday on the 12th - hence the birthday banner. But Keala's preschool class gave her the homework assignment to decorate a paper plate into a Valentine's wreath. So here our all of our efforts to help her with her homework.

The 13th I added Valentines decorations to our January snowflakes. I think today is a good day to clean it all up. But Kai and Keala love to play with balloons, so we had a blast with our 'interactive' decorations!

These were the cupcakes I made for Austin's birthday. Just green grass piping and golf balls made from a mold. (I stuck a golf ball into playdough and poured the melted chocolate on it...not the best idea. The playdough still stuck to the chocolate. I need a better mold idea!) But what Austin doesn't know, won't hurt him! (He ate them all.) Hey, playdough is edible!

Sounds like "Party Central". What do you do in your spare time?

Totally loving all the cupcakes you are making. Do you have a frozen reserve for when you want to decorate?
